Citizens Academy 2026 Application

The City of DeLand is excited to announce its Citizens Academy. Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings. This five-week course is completely free and provides a hands-on, interactive public information program, offering citizens valuable insight into the diverse services and operations of city government. Due to the interactive nature of the program, class size is limited to 20 participants.
