Should the end of the scheduled period fall during a weekend or over a holiday, service will be disconnected prior to the close of business on the date originally reconnected.
Walk through reconnection is not permitted when requested directly by the owner without payment in full of the entire balance owed.
Required Information
Realtor or Other Representative: a copy of the realty contract between the owner and the realtor and a copy of a contract for sale must be provided
Potential Buyer: a copy of the contract for sale must be provided
Walk Through Reconnection Fee: $50.00 An additional $25.00 is charged for same day turn on
It is understood by signing this document; you agree to pay a $50.00 walk through reconnection fee (and $25.00 additional fee for same day turn on if requested) to have water turned on. This is a temporary reconnection for the purpose of a walk through for an inspection as part of the due diligence process for title transfer. No significant water should be used in the course of the inspection. Any water consumption that does occur will be billed against the owner’s account. Any changes in requested dates must be submitted to the City prior to dispatching the service personnel or an additional walk through reconnection fee must be paid.
